Guest Rules, Policies & Liability Release
IMPORTANT REMINDERS
PHOTO, VIDEO & MEDIA RELEASE
I, the undersigned, hereby grant Action Camp dba Los Angeles RV Resort, its owners, employees, agents, contractors, affiliates, and media representatives the unrestricted right to photograph, video record, and audio record myself and all individuals included in my reservation group while on the premises or participating in any camp-related activities.
These materials may be used for promotional, advertising, social media, website, print, or other lawful purposes without compensation. I waive the right to inspect or approve the final use of such media and release Action Camp from all liability related to its use.
I certify that I am at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to sign on behalf of all guests in my reservation, including minors.
Opt-Out Option:
Guests who do not wish to be photographed or recorded must notify staff at check-in. Reasonable efforts will be made to exclude them.
CAMPGROUND RULES & REGULATIONS
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE & LIABILITY RELEASE
Action Camp reserves the right to refuse service or require guests to leave the premises without refund for failure to comply with campground rules.
By signing this agreement, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to all terms and conditions, and I voluntarily release and hold harmless Action Camp dba Los Angeles RV Resort, its owners, and employees from all liability.
FIRE OR DAMAGED PROPERTY
The campground, its owners, and management are not responsible or liable for any loss, damage, or destruction caused by fire, accidents, theft, weather, or any other cause to personal property, including vehicles, RVs, trailers, or their contents. All guests are required to carry and maintain their own liability insurance for their vehicles, RVs, and personal belongings while staying on the property. Guests assume all risk for damage or loss incurred during their stay.
The campground is not responsible or liable for any injury, illness, or harm caused by animals on the property, including bites or other incidents involving wildlife or pets. Guests are responsible for their own animals at all times. For the safety of all guests, all pets must be kept on a leash and under control while in the park. Any damage or injury caused by a guest’s animal is the sole responsibility of the animal’s owner.
Refund & Cancellation Policies
General Policy
We do not issue refunds due to weather-related discomforts, acts of nature, early departures, or changes in personal circumstances. Cancellation and modification policies vary based on the amount of notice provided prior to the reservation arrival date.
Reservation Changes & Cancellations
Changes made 30 days or more prior to arrival may be converted to a Camp Credit for the amount paid, minus a $30 processing fee.
Changes made fewer than 14 days prior to arrival for cabins, or fewer than 7 days prior to arrival for campsites, will result in forfeiture of all deposits paid.
In some cases, a Camp Credit may be issued for funds paid and applied to a future reservation.

Monthly Reservations
No refunds will be issued for monthly reservations canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival.
Security deposits will be fully refunded provided:
There are no damages to the site, and
There are no outstanding balances for rent or utilities.
Guests paying a monthly rate who depart prior to the end of the month will not receive a refund for unused days. Monthly stays are not prorated under any circumstances.
If damages or outstanding balances exist, the applicable costs will be deducted from the security deposit prior to refund.
Security Deposit Refunds
Security deposits paid via credit or debit card will be refunded only to the original card used, and the name on the card must match the reservation name.
Security deposits paid in cash will be refunded by business check only.
Cash refunds are not issued under any circumstances.
Changing Your Dates
Changes made 30 days or more prior to arrival will not incur any fees.
No-Show Policy
Reservations will be held until checkout time on the day following the scheduled arrival date. Failure to arrive will be considered a no-show, resulting in cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of all funds paid.
Holiday Reservations
We maintain a zero-cancellation policy for the following holiday periods:
Memorial Day Weekend
Fourth of July Week
Labor Day Weekend
All holiday reservations are 100% non-refundable and must be paid in full at the time of booking if reserved within the same calendar year.
Changes made less than 30 days prior to arrival that result in a reduction of stay may incur 50% to 100% responsibility for the removed nights, in accordance with standard cancellation policies.
Please contact the office to determine whether you qualify for Camp Credit for any removed days. REFUND POLICIES
We do not give refunds due to the discomforts of nature or early departures. Our cancellation policy varies depending on the timing of your cancellation notice in advance of the reservation date.

Changing a reservation less than 14 days prior to arrival for all cabins or less than 7 days prior to arrival for all campsites will results in all deposits paid being forfeited. In many cases you may be issued a Camp Credit for any money paid toward your reservation, to be used at a later date.

Monthly reservations No refund is given for monthly reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival. The security deposit received will be fully refunded as long as there are no damages to the guests site and there are no outstanding balances for rent or utilities.
If you are a guest paying a monthly rate and leave prior to the end of the month, no money paid towards your rent will be returned to you. We DO NOT pro-rate, no exceptions. As long as no there are no damages to your site and there are no outstanding balances in your account, you will be refunded your security deposit in full. In the case that there are damages to your site and/or any outstanding balances within your account we will deduct those costs from your security deposit before it is returned to you.
Security deposit refunds processed via credit/debit card are to be processed back to the original credit/debit card and number used to pay said security deposit when reservation was made, no exceptions. The name on credit card must match the name on the reservation in order to recieve your refund. If the refund was paid in cash, you will recieve your refund in the form of a business check-(we DO NOT refund in cash, EVER)
Changing Your Dates:
We are happy to assist you with reservation changes at any time. Changes made 30 days or greater prior to arrival will not incur any charges. Changes made less than 30 days prior to arrival that result in a reduction of the number of days for your rescheduled dates will incur either 50% percent or 100% responsibility for those removed days as deemed in our standard cancellation policies. credit in your name to be used at a later date.
No Show Policy:
Reservations will be held until check-out time on the day folfeving your scheduled arrival. No shows will result in a cancelled reservation and full forfeiture of funds.
Holiday Cancellations:
We have a ZERO CANCELLATION POLICY for Memorial Day weekend, 4th of July week or Labor Day weekend. These reservations are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE and must be paid for at the time of booking if booked in the same calencar year.
